There are only approx. 3 km to the popular Kloster surf area at Baggers Dæmning. The cottage is of older date with rustic wooden floors. Kitchen and bathroom are of recent date. The bathroom has a bathtub. The house is 160 m2 on 2 floors with 2 large bedrooms on the 1st floor and 1 on the ground floor, where the bathroom is also. The garden is fully fenced by trees and shrubs with a small lawn and thus good shelter. There is a terrace to the south and a north-east facing courtyard where there is a large barbecue. In the garden there are various fruit trees that spring out nicely in the spring and bear fruit in late summer, which can be enjoyed freely. There is a garage for the house where there is space for the car or surfing equipment.
